[ARCHIVED] Magnolia Creek/Cedar Gully Channel Improvements Meeting

Residents are invited to a public meeting on Thursday, June 13 at 6 p.m. at the Civic Center to learn more about planned improvements for Magnolia Creek and the Cedar Gully Channel, which are part of the bond projects approved by voters on May 4. Plans for the project are in the very early pre-engineering and design stage, and residents who attend the meeting will hear a short presentation and then be able to ask questions and provide their feedback. 

Project Overview 
$7.6 Million
Phase 1: Improve Waterway flowing into existing ponds in Westwood and Magnolia Creek, modify culvert on Summer Place to better control flow rates.
Phase 2: Regrade sloper, revegetate area, and install erosion control measure. 
*This project would directly affect residents of Countryside, Rustic Oaks, Westover, Westwood, Magnolia Creek and Villages of Oak Creek.
